MEET Mike
A veteran and former combat medic (Army 68W), Michael began his professional career in staffing and recruiting for companies such as Pfizer, Dairy Farmers of America and numerous institutions of higher learning.
Not one to shy away from getting his hands dirty, Michael is HVAC certified with years of property maintenance and property management experience in the greater Kansas City area. While living in Kansas City, Michael spent years as an account executive with one of the largest third-party logistics providers in the USA and established exclusive relationships with some of the marquee entertainment service providers in the world.
With a passion for solving his clients’ logistics and supply chain needs, Michael founded Clear Vision Logistics in 2015 to focus on clients that value long-term relationships with an appreciation for dedicated and attentive support.
Over the years, Michael has worked on some the largest projects in the entertainment, commercial and solar renewable energy sectors, such as presidential inaugurations and funerals, the World Series, the Superbowl, Coachella, lallapalooza, Tesla Gigafactories, LA International Airport (LAX), and SoFi Stadium, among other notable projects.
When Michael is not visiting with clients or mocking up an RFP, you can catch the native NewYorker rooting for his Yankees or playing billiards.
MEET URI
An entrepreneur and former corporate attorney, Uriel (“Uri”) began his professional career advising domestic and international companies and investors on all business matters ranging from debt acquisition, complex litigation, bankruptcy to large scale project financing in a variety of sectors, including renewable energy, banking and retail.
Prior to private practice, Uri had the privilege and opportunity to work for the Hon. Cecelia G. Morris (Chief Judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York).
Born in Oaxaca, Mexico and raised just two hours north of New York City in the Hudson Valley, Uri and his childhood friend Michael began collaborating on transport, storage and warehouse solutions for project management companies, contractors, vendors and design specialist in the solar photovoltaic, wind energy, and battery storage space during all phases of the project life cycle including site development and construction, system performance, final design and site cleanup.
Uri left private practice to partner full time with Michael and joined Clear Vision Logistics in the fall of 2023. When Uri is not occupied drafting proposals or strategizing on how to expand and improve client services, he can be found touring the latest food pop-up craze, rooting on the Yankees and Giants or playing billiards (usually against Michael).
MEET benny
The CVL mascot, Benjamin aka “Benny”, loves going on long walks and hikes, and any round object he can get his paws on. Find him chasing after tennis balls, baseballs, soccer balls, basketballs, ping pong balls… and other dogs. He’s a lover at heart but will square up with any other dog, no matter the size.
